Tokyo Room is a bright single room on the first floor, furnished to provide maximum comfort and has air conditioning.

It is located inside a shared apartment, arranged on two levels (ground floor and first floor). The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. In addition, it has a garden and a garage, which is shared with the other tenants of the house and in which it has been arranged a laundry corner with washing machine.

The area is strategic, because it offers the convenience of reaching the center and university departments by bike, thanks to the bike path that crosses the city, or to use the bus, having the stop three minutes walk.

To book the room must be sent in advance the following documents:
- Personal identification document (ID card or passport)
- Italian tax code (codice fiscale)
- Statement of university studies or similar (doctorate, master, etc.) for student leases
- Statement of transient reason (work, internship, etc.) for transient contract
Once received documents, bank details for payment of security deposit will be sent
